All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order in real time.

Due to high demand and our global supplier network, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Zetsu, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and health products cannot be returned once opened or used.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
